I recently had a tummy tuck done at the Cometic Surgical Center of El Cerrito. After 4 days I had my drains removed, has had very little discomfort/pain. Results are amazing look forward to the next few weeks for my full recovery. Dr. Patino is awesome!

Dr. Patino and his staff are spectacular! I had a Rhinoplasty done Jan 31, 2013 and my results were impressive. I can finally look at myself in the mirror and not feel deformed. I feel normal again in my eyes which makes me feel very happy! In 2006 I had  surgery for my deviated septum with another Doctor in Oakland. This doctor collapsed my nose cartilage and tried to rebuild with my own cartilage during a 2nd surgery 2 years later but the results were horrible and painful.  I lost my confidence and self beauty until I meet Dr. Patino. This is why I am truly thankful Dr. Patino has the experience and magic hands to help me since my nose cartilage was extremely damaged. Dr. Patino had to take part of my cartilage from behind my left ear and also use a graft to reconstruct my nose. I didn't even take any Vicodin after surgery because of the excellent work performed.  I was able to go back to work within 6 days and my nose cast was removed 8 days after surgery.I work about 60 hours per week so Carla, Gaby & Brooke were all very accommodating to schedule appointments and making payments was simple. They except cash, VisaMC, AX or there's financing available. Carla & Gaby assisted during surgery and made sure I was comfortable as well (thanks ladies)!The only thing I wish I could have done was finding Dr. Patino sooner! Thank you for giving ME back and this wonderful experience!

The front desk girls are really friendly and very attentive. I had a tummy tuck done Nov 5th 2014. I am two months post op and i love it. My kangaroo pouch is finally gone. I can't believe it. Riecomiendo este lugar especialmente porque la anestesia es local y no corre uno peligro y la recuperacion es mucho mas rapida. La atencion de todo el personal es muy agradable. Regrese a las 2 semanas y el Dr. Patino me cambio los implantes del busto con resultados maravillosos tambien y la recuperacion fue mas rapida. Inicialmente yo me habia hecho el busto con otra doctora con anestesia general y la recuperacion fue como dos meses. Ive come to Dr.patinos office a few times to get lip augementation procedures and i couldnt be more satisfied. He makes you feel comfortable and knows exactly what you need. I totally recommend and would not hesitate to get a different procedure by him.

Dr. Patiño first did a Breast Augmentation through the belly button and I love my results. I have no scars even from the first day of my surgery. Now he just did smarlipo on my flanks and I feel more comfortable in my own clothes. Fast recovery and no bruising was the best part of this amazing experience. I recommend him to every one!

I had a tummy tuck by dr. Patino on December 3 2014. It is amazing to me how fast I have recovered. Even though this is major surgery I feel very well. I thought that my tummy tuck only lasted 10 minutes because I was sleeping throughout the procedure. I walked out of the office the same day and went home. Everyone here at the clinic is very nice. This procedure has motivated me to take better care of my body. I would strongly recommend dr. Patino to anyone who wants to improve their appearance

On June 18, 2014 I had a Breast Augmentation through my Belly Button by Dr.Gabriel Patino. I have no scares and my recovery time was amazing. I was back to work within 7 days of surgery. I'm very pleased with my breast augmentation. When I had my consult with Dr. Patino I was interested in the transumbilical breast implant procedure since there was very little healing time and just a tiny incision via the belly button. Once Dr. Patino was able to examine me he suggested that I have a breast lift and implant on the left side and transumbilical implant on the right. He said this was not an ordinary procedure but that he had an associate that specialized in the breast lift procedure. Dr. Patino's staff took before pictures and measurements. The left breast was saggy and the nipple drooped an inch lower than the right. The left breast was larger than the right as well. In the end I am overjoyed with my results. The procedure was quite complicated and essentially two different types of surgery. The results are much more than I expected. The breasts are perky, fuller and the best thing ever is they match! They are no longer step sisters but twins :). I highly recommend The Cosmetic Surgery Center. Dr. Patino, his associate Dr. Bernstein, Brooke and staff are all wonderful.

I had a surgery on July 21st with Dr.Patino.During my consultation, I found Dr. Patino to be very thorough, professional, compassionate, and realistic. He answered all my questions, I felt very comfortable, and I knew that I would be in good hands. I find Dr. Patino's staffs to be very friendly and comforting. My surgery went very well, and I had absolutely no bruising and very minimal scarring. My recovery time was three weeks and I absolutely love my result. I highly recommend Dr. Patino.

I had a tummy tuck done at the cosmetic surgical center of El Cerrito by Dr.Gabriel Patino. I did not imagine that my experience would be such a breeze. I struck gold when I met Dr Patino, I was considering going to Reno to have my procedure done but after I met Dr. Patino, he made me feel very comfortable and I knew then that this was the right doctor for me. The procedure was done without pain at all the staff was fantastic and very much everything is done in location. The next day I was able to walk into the office and be seen by doctor Patino and I was wearing shorts and walking straight up as if I just got back from the beach. Today is the fourth day of my procedure and he allowed me to pull my own drains out and and I drove myself the cosmetic surgical center because I did not have much pain and did not need much pain medication. I had a mommy make over which consist of a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation which were done by doctor Gabriel Patino at the same time on September 26 2014. I am extremely happy with the results the recovery very fast and I had no pain. I love the fact that i do not have any scars on my breasts because Dr Patino placed the breast implants through the belly botton. Yo recomiendo al Doctor Gabriel Patino a cualquier persona que este interesada en hacerse una cirugia cosmetica. El Dr. Patino me hizo un aumento de busto con implantes el 18 de Marzo de 2015. Estoy totalmente satisfecha y muy contenta porque me quedaron como yo queria, no tuve dolor, la herida es muy pequeña, esta dentro del ombligo y no la puedo ver. Ni siquiera tuve morados y no necesite anestesia general. El busto se ve y se siente muy natural como si no tuviera implantes y nadie se puede dar cuenta que me opere. El doctor Patino y su personal son muy profesionales y muy atentos, me hicieron sentir como en mi casa y hasta me hicieron reir. Ace 19 dias cirujano gabriel patiño me hiso una aldomiplastia y duele unos 3 dias para mi lo k hiso fue algo muy bien hecho 2 cirujanos no kisieron acerm esta cirujia yo tenia como un mapa i una esfera grande y todo kedo precioso es excelente trabajo

Upon hearing about Dr. Gabriel Patino, I called the office and was pleasantly surprised to receive an immediate phone call directly from Dr. Patino and another call from Brooke the Cosmetic Surgical Center administrator.I appreciated the calls because I had poor experience dealing with other doctor offices. Other offices seem to ask a lot of personal questions causing me to be uncomfortable and provided very little information. Dr. Patino and Brooke personally gave me a wealth of information and were upfront about everything. No hidden fees, they even pay for the lab tests prior to the surgery and two complementary garments for my breast augmentation. Dr. Patino provided me with all the options and did not rush me. Dr. Patino's main objective was my wellbeing and not the dollar sign. My mom and I have been very anxious about my surgery and upon meeting with Dr. Patino we were both very relaxed and comfortable. I had my surgery 1 week ago and I am in love with my new breasts. I had a Transumbilical Breast Augmentation with Dr.Pati??o. With only one week after the surgery you can barely see any scar and I love this fact. My experience was great since the first day I stepped into their office. The whole team was very nice and helpfull. I was able to bring my boyfriend with me to my consultation and incorporate him into my visits and decisions with the surgery. They all made me feel very comfortable with my decision and the whole procedure.
