I got a transumbilical breast augmentation in May by Dr. Patino. It is now 5 months later and my implants are settling and looking perfect! I was a little nervous about going through surgery, but Dr. Patino and all of his staff made me feel very comfortable through the whole experience. I purposely wanted to wait to post this review until my implants began to finally settle, and I could not be happier with the results. I think his post-op instructions and doing the frequent massages specifically have really helped in my implants settling into a beautiful shape.

Dr. Gabriel Patinó did amazing job on my arms. He removed fat from my arms. I had always struggle with this part of my body. It’s only been a week post surgery and results are amazing.. Also, I recommend lymphatic massages after surgery to help with the swollen! Can’t wait for finals result!!!!

I am 36 yrs old 5’1 and weigh 110. I was planning on getting a mommy makeover for years after having my 2 Kids. I had loose wrinkle skin on my stomach and a belly flab that I could not get rid off and sagging of the breast from breast feeding my kids for 1 year . I began a search for a local cosmetic surgeon in the Bay Area and came across The Cosmetic Surgical Center of El Cerrito (Dr. Gabriel Patino) . I noticed that he had a Snapchat channel and began watching many of his bloodless tummy tuck surgeries as well as breast augmentations. He is a Board Certified Surgeon without disciplinary actions. He appeared very knowledgeable of the procedures and I knew that he does these procedures on a daily basis with the help of his wonderful staff , so I felt confident that I would be in good hands. I decided to go in for a consultation and 2 months later my surgery day arrived. On January 4th I had my mommy makeover ( tummy tuck , included tightening of the abdominal muscle and saline implant augmentation under the breast muscles). I was released same day and my husband drove me home. Every day that has gone by I feel more and more like my energy is back and the discomfort (tightness) of my new breast has also decreased significantly. I did not have any bleeding at the incision nor bruising. I have been to 3 follow up visits since my surgery and each time I have been pleased with the great service that they have provided me. I am very satisfied to have chosen Dr. Patino as my surgeon and I highly recommend his office!

Decided on having my procedure done by Dr. P after having three other consultations. I had excess skin from weight loss thru diet and excercise and all I wanted was the excess skin removed from my abdomen. He did not try to push for other procedures as others did. He was very clear with me as far as me needing an extended procedure due to the amount of excess skin. From day one everything was clear explained in detail and all my questions were answered. His staff is great, and extremely helpful when I had questions or concerns. Days prior to my procedure I caught a horrible cold, Dr. P answered my phone call while on vacation with his family when I reached out to him with questions about what OTC medicine I was allowed to take. I am happy with my results thus far and looking forward for the final results in the weeks ahead.
